Implement Phase

At the beginning, TDS Consultants has bet for offering a quality service, for that reason in 1998 TDS Consultants began the process of implantation of the quality system based on the ISO norm 9002:1994.

Certification

All the effort realized during the Implement Phase made possible that November 11, 1999, TDS Consultant, was the first company in Castilla and León to get the ISO certification 9002:1994 at “Computer Consultancy and Implement System of Business management ".

Adjustment to the ISO 9001:2000

Since then our quality system has been evolving, suffering the most important change in 2002, when we decide to adapt our procedures to the new ISO norm 9001:2000 and to extend our scope to “Consultancy, design, development and implementation of computer systems applications and maintenance aimed to business management ". We achieved this purpose on December 24, 2002.

Total quality

Nowadays, we consider that we have a mature quality system totally integrated to our daily activity. Nevertheless, come to this point we want to give one more step towards the total quality. For this reason, after studying EFQM Model, we aim to implement it in TDS Consultants within two years.
